REFUNDS

After receiving your request for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 business hours. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTION  If there is a Payment Authorization signed and returned via doc-u-sign.
